Dear Choral Friends,
I begin my term as President of the Michigan Chapter of A.C.D.A. with great excitement and enthusiasm. I would like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to serve in this capacity. Michigan has been my home for thirteen years, and I am now honored to offer my energy, skills, and potential to its vibrant choral organization and community of choral musicians.
The state board and I are committed to keeping the choral traditions in Michigan vibrant and strong. I would like to thank all of you that are part of these traditions and for keeping them alive in times of significant challenges. All of us, who have sung in choirs, have experienced the power and beauty of the choral art and its strong life-long impact. In the next two years, and after, I will put my best effort forth to support, encourage, and promote such experiences for choral musicians of all ages and choral settings.
